What is a Liniment? How do you use it?
A Liniment is an alcohol extract of medicinal herbs using rubbing alcohol that is used topically. The maceration of the herbs in alcohol make it so that the properties, nutrients and minerals are extracted out of the herb and put into the alcohol. It is often bottled in a spray bottle and should be shaken before use. Simply Spray, and let it dry. Place in a cool and dark place out of sunlight's reach.

Bone & Joint Reinforcement
For symptoms of: sore bones and joints, sprains, strains, arthritis, stiffness, swelling.
Method of use: Spray on needed area twice a day, before bed and or after a shower.
Ingredients: Equisetum spp. Arvense (Horsetail), Symphytum officinale (Comfrey) root and leaf, Salix alba (Willow Bark), Arnica Montana (Arnica), and rubbing alcohol.
Contraindications: DO NOT TAKE IF: pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not apply to broken skin, Do not exceed use. Do not use if on pharmaceuticals, like anti-depressants.
Do not use if you have high or low blood pressure. Do Not Use if allergic to the Asteraceae family.
Varicose Veins
For symptoms of: Varicose Veins, Lymphatic congestion, bruises, swelling, pain.
Method of use: Spray on needed area, do not use more than twice a day for a week. Take a week off before starting again.
Ingredients: Arcticum Lappa (Burdock) leaf and root, Pantago Major (Plantain), Hypericum perforatum (St John’s Wort),Achillea millefolium Yarrow, and rubbing alcohol.
Contraindications: Do not Take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not apply to broken skin, Do not exceed use. Do not use if on pharmaceuticals, like anti-depressants.

Pain Relief
For symptoms of: inflammation, soreness and pain in the muscles.
Method of use: Spray topically on area in need, do not use more than twice a day for a week. Take 3-4 days off before starting again.
Ingredients: Arnica Montana (Arnica), Salix alba (white willow bark), Western Red Cedar and Rubbing Alcohol.
Contraindications: Do not Take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not apply to broken skin. Do not use if on pharmaceuticals, like anti-depressants. Do not use if you have high or low blood pressure. Do not exceed use. Can cause skin irritation is over used. Do Not Use if allergic to the Asteraceae family.
